This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia and dispute shall be resolved in COBB County.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cobb County, Georgia, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any non-waivable rights or bringing a claim in a forum where applicable law requires or permits it.
